JN-DWZR-1128 Low-temperature Winding tester (Cold Bend tester)
25 mm of
insulation shall be removed from each end of a 1000 mm sample of finished
cable. The sample
shall be placed
in a cold chamber at -40 °C ± 2 °C for a period of 3 h. While the sample is
still at this low
temperature,
perform the “Winding” test . A visual inspection shall reveal no cracks or
splits.
The sample is to
be returned to room temperature and then subjected to the dielectric test
specified in
Technical parameters:
1. Sample diameter: Φ1.0~Φ12.5mm;
2. Rolling rod diameter: Φ6、10、15、20、40、50mm, total 6pcs=1set;
3. load: 0.5、2.5、5、8、10KG mm, each 2pcs;
4. Sample twist circles: 2~10 circle;
5. Choose the Rod diameter: 4~5 times of sample diameter;
6. Samples: 2 groups at the same time for test;
7. Rolling speed: 0.1~0.5 circle/Second (approx. 6~10circle/min.),
drive by electrical motor
