Why Use Power Plug Wire Tester?
By using Power Testers, you can not only raise your efficiency and save manpower, but also improve the quality of your products, giving your customer more confidence. As Plug wire tester Series have adopted advanced Japanese programmable logic control (PLC), they feature concise structure, stable functions and convenient maintenance. Now adays, most manufacturers of electric power wires test their products through multi-step approaches, e.g. electric flow and mal-position, inter-wire internal withstand voltage(two tests for three-conductor wires), external withstand voltage (scanning), etc. During the testing process, it’s highly possible that defectives are not handled in time or some products are packed and delivered without one or two testing steps. It is because there are no external differences between products gone through complete tests and products neglected one or two test items, or products without any test procedures at all, or products with defects that have not been handled properly. But Plug wire tester can enable you to correctly and quickly distinguish the
products that have gone through tests by Plug wire tester Series. The instrument of Plug wire tester Series will just stop working when it detects products with defects and the external socket closes tightly so that it will be impossible to pull out the defective wire. Only when the tester is repositioned or use electric scissors to handle the defects can the products detected with defects be pulled out. If the products pass all the electric function tests, a “T” or “o” mark that stands for qualified products will be printed automatically at the beginning or the end of the product. In other means, i.e. the products are tested separately through different steps, and marked manually with a checkout sign. It’s hard to guarantee that all the functions of the products are tested. It’s even hard to tell whether the mark was made before or after the tests.

Cautions While Unpacking
1. After receiving, check for damages caused during transportation. In case of any damages found, do not connect power to the instrument. Contact our distributor or our company immediately.
2. Check the specifications on the nameplate to see whether it is the same with the ordered one.
3. Please install the tester in an environment in accordance with installation requirements as specified.
4. The instrument should have grounding as there is high-voltage of thousands of volts inside the instrument.
5. Normal operation of the instrument will need air-source of about 2.5Kgf/cm2.
6. Voltage for the operation of the instrument is 220V±5%,50/60Hz
