Wire and cable spray burning tester is designed according to the requirement of GB/T19216-2003 and IEC60331-11,using it to test the wire and the cable in certain fire source and the time specified conditions the operation capability of them in the specified state. The tester is composed by the test part and control part, using the integrated design, to facilitate the installation at the scene and debug. The shell of the test chamber and the important components are all manufactured by stainless steel, resistant cigarettes and gas corrosion; The automatic degree of control system is high, has automatic ignition function, temperature and time figures show, so that the observation and records are facilitate and the use of it is stable and reliable.

The gas source of the test flame is adopted by propane gas.
The burner is the propane gas spray torch bands with venturi mixer, the length of the nozzle is 500mm,and the width of it is 15mm,there are three rows of the stagger holes on the nozzle, and the diameter of the hole is 1.32 mm, and the distance between the hole is 3.2 mm.
The distance between nozzle and the bottom of the box is at least 200 mm, and from the wall to each container is at least 300 mm.
The diameter of the metal ring is about 150 mm.
With double flowmeter and Pressure Regulator. Air flowmeter range is: 0.5-5 cubic meters per hour, gas flow range is: 0.1-1 cubic meters per hour.
With temperature measurement device (with the type of K thermocouple). In the temperature of (750 +50 ℃, -0 ℃), burning 10 minutes, the two thermoelectric coupling temperature difference should not exceed 40 ℃.
The process of the test is automatic control.
With intelligent detection function, when the sample become short circuit in the testing process, turn off the flame source and automatic fire alarm.
According to the standard requirements provide five metal rings which inner diameter is approximately 150 mm, the distance of metal rings can be free regulation, facilitate for the test to fastness and support.

Test voltage can be adjustable from 0 to 600 V.
Current range: 0.1 to 3 A, test current can according the standards require to regulation, but is the protection when it more than 3 A.
Load capacity should be able to ensure that when the test current nearly to 3 A, it still can guarantee the test to continue the test.
Electric loop has the appropriate protection device, to ensure the burning or cable breakdown process, personnel will not get an electric shock and equipment will not because cable breakdown caused to fault.
During the burning, need to test the integrity of cable the electric loop, each electric loop(three-phase) and the neutral point must connected in series to protect the step-up transformer fuse. When the fuse melting off, a light should be used to show off or financial grounding phase.
To facilitate the operation, when calibrate the temperature, test sample fixed position deviated from the fire source, after calibrate the flame source, through manually to move the sample to the fire position.
Automatically detects two thermocouple temperature, through the touch screen to display the temperature curve, and when exceed the standards set temperature upper and lower limit, to give an alarm (show of the time range is 15 minutes)
